Stockéo
Construction inventory software that links your depot to every jobsite
Published 07/10/2026
Stockéo is construction inventory software for contractors who run a yard or depot and supply several jobsites. Site managers request what they need from their phone, the depot prepares it, deliveries go on the planning, and stock and equipment stay tracked site by site.

Most stock tools assume goods sit on a shelf until they are sold. A builder's stock does not behave like that. It leaves the depot in the morning, spends three weeks on one site, comes back half used, and goes out again to another. The question nobody can answer by phone at 7 a.m. is rarely "how many do we have?" but "where are they, and who has them?". Stockéo was built around that question.
Who it is for
Stockéo fits contractors with at least one depot and several live jobsites, such as general builders, civil engineering firms, finishing trades, scaffolding companies. The people who use it every day are the site manager or foreman who needs materials, the depot team who prepare them, the driver who delivers, and the manager who validates and keeps an eye on the whole picture.
Use this quick check before you spend time on a trial.
| Your situation | Is Stockéo a good fit? |
|---|---|
| One depot or yard, several jobsites supplied from it every week | Yes. This is the core use case. |
| A main depot plus satellite stores or containers | Yes. Annex depots are included in both plans. |
| Requests arrive by phone, text or WhatsApp and get lost | Yes. Each request becomes one traceable order. |
| Materials are bought and delivered straight to site, no depot | Limited. You will use the jobsite and messaging side, not the depot flow. |
| You need quoting, invoicing or payroll | No. Keep your ERP or accounting tool for that; Stockéo sits alongside it. |
The daily flow, step by step
Construction materials management software is only useful if every step has an owner. Here is the flow Stockéo follows, and who does what.
| Step | Who | What happens in Stockéo |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Site request | Site manager or foreman | Picks items and quantities from the depot catalogue on a phone, chooses the jobsite and the date. About a minute, no call needed. |
| 2. Validation | Manager | Approves or adjusts the request. The site manager is informed. |
| 3. Depot preparation | Storeman | Ticks each line as ready, partial or missing, then marks the order ready and, once the truck is loaded, as dispatched. |
| 4. Delivery planning | Depot and driver | The delivery appears on the depot planning automatically. On site, the driver confirms "Delivered" or "Delivery impossible" with a reason in one tap. |
| 5. Stock updated | Automatic | Stock moves when the delivery is confirmed, not before. Returns to the depot are logged the same way. |
| 6. Equipment per jobsite | Everyone, read-only for most | Each jobsite has its own record, team and equipment list, so anyone can see what is on which site. |
The point of this sequence is that stock is never changed by hand "to fix it later". It moves as a consequence of real events, such as a request validated, a truck loaded, a delivery confirmed. That is what keeps the numbers believable after a few months. For the detail of how tools and plant are followed between sites, see construction tool tracking.
What is included
Both plans include every function. There are no paid modules.
- Centralised depot management. A main depot and annex depots. Every issue updates stock, and stock is visible from site. More on organising the yard itself in construction warehouse management.
- Requests and validation. The site manager asks from the phone, the manager validates, the depot prepares.
- Built-in planning. Deliveries go onto the depot planning on their own, with no separate Outlook or Google calendar to maintain.
- Messaging per jobsite. One thread per site, open to the team assigned to it, instead of scattered texts.
- Equipment tracked per jobsite. Each issue is attached to a site, so you know where items are without keeping a spreadsheet.
- Stock alerts. Depot staff can flag an item as out of stock or low, broken, missing or to be checked; the manager is notified.
- Action log. A history of who did what, useful when a quantity is disputed.
- Item photos and QR labels. Add a photo to a stock item and generate QR labels from inside the app.
- Web and mobile. iPhone, Android, tablet, Mac and PC, in the browser, with nothing to install. The interface is available in English.
- Your data stays yours. Export to Excel at any time.
- Custom features at no charge. If something you need is missing, the team adds it to your Stockéo, even before you subscribe.
If you are still comparing tools, our guide to construction inventory management software lists the criteria worth testing during a demo.
One price for the whole company
Stockéo is priced per company, not per user. Your foremen, storemen and drivers all get access without anyone counting seats.
| Starter | Under 50 employees | 50 employees and more | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | 99 € / month | 199 € / month | 499 € / month |
| Users | Up to 5 | Up to 10 | Unlimited |
| Active jobsites | Up to 5 | Up to 15 | Unlimited |
| Stock items | Up to 100 | Up to 250 | Unlimited |
| Functions | All included | All included | All included |
Headcount means the whole company, all trades included. If a company under 50 employees goes beyond 10 users, 15 active jobsites or 250 stock items, the 499 € plan applies. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account. VAT is not applicable (French small-business VAT exemption, article 293 B of the French tax code).
A one-week setup plan to get started
Installing the software takes minutes. Getting a team to use it takes longer, so the 14-day free trial is best spent on a short, deliberate plan. This is the sequence we recommend for depot management for builders.
- Day 1. Create your account, then import your stock from your existing Excel file in one go. Do not clean every line first; fix names as they come up.
- Day 2. Create your live jobsites and assign a site manager to each.
- Day 3. Invite the depot team, drivers and two site managers. Agree one rule. From now on, every request goes through Stockéo, not by phone.
- Days 4 to 5. Run real requests and deliveries. The depot answers any phone request with "put it in the app".
- Days 6 to 7. Check the planning and the per-jobsite equipment lists against what you see on site. Correct what is wrong, then invite the rest of the team.
Onboarding support is included. If you also lend tools and small plant to crews, pair this with a simple equipment checkout form during the first weeks so nobody has to change two habits at once.
Security and data
Data is hosted on Supabase servers in the European Union (Ireland), with backups in the same region. Each company's data is isolated at database level with row-level security, all traffic uses HTTPS, and passwords are hashed. Payments go through Stripe. After cancellation, data is kept for 60 days and then deleted. You can export everything to Excel or JSON at any time.

Who is Stockéo built for?
Contractors who run a yard or depot and supply several jobsites at once, such as general builders, civil engineering firms, finishing trades, scaffolding and equipment-heavy companies. If materials and small tools leave a depot for sites every day, Stockéo is designed for that flow.
Is the price per user?
No. The price covers the whole company. The Starter plan is 99 € per month for up to 5 users, 5 active jobsites and 100 stock items. Companies with fewer than 50 employees pay 199 € per month for up to 10 users, 15 active jobsites and 250 stock items. Companies with 50 employees or more, or smaller companies that exceed those limits, pay 499 € per month with everything unlimited. VAT is not applicable under the French small-business regime.
Does Stockéo replace our ERP or accounting software?
No. Stockéo covers the day-to-day link between the depot and the jobsites, meaning requests, preparation, deliveries, stock and equipment per site. Quoting, invoicing and payroll stay in the tools you already use. Your data can be exported to Excel at any time.
Does it work without a signal on site?
Partially. Data already loaded on the phone remains viewable when the connection drops, and changes synchronise as soon as the device is back online. For sites with poor coverage, plan requests from a spot with signal.
Where is our data stored?
On Supabase servers in the European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1 region), with backups kept in the same region. Each company's data is isolated at database level, all traffic goes over HTTPS, and data is kept for 60 days after cancellation before deletion.
